Rare Opportunity - Your Very OWN ISLAND! There are only 4 single owned Islands on the Lake and this one sits among the best! Long reaching views, well treed, level to gently rolling terrain and both a beautiful sand beach as well as deeper waters! Last Fall there was a Brand New Septic installed together with 2 foundation walls under the 2 storey portion of the existing log structure. 1, 950 sq ft log cottage built in different stages - from the 50's, 70's and early 80's. Of course, it was positioned 'close to the water's edge' so as to capture the very Best Sunsets Kawagama has to offer! One of the walls on the 2 storey needs to have multiple courses of logs replaced and they are rotting. Use it as is for sometime or replace that section of the cottage. Also on the island is a very sweet Bunkie on the northwest end of the island nestled in a mature stand of trees and also right on the water. Further, a dryland boathouse and gazebo with hot tub. All being sold 'as is'. Contact us to see
